FPA AC INDUSTRIAL FLUID COOLERS
Fluid Power Associates FPA-AC Industrial Fluid
Coolers provide a standardized, reliable, and self-contained
solution for industrial cooling requirements. These compact,
high-efficiency coolers feature an all-aluminum, vacuum-brazed
bar and plate heat transfer core which provides superior
durability and lightweight construction. Available with both
single phase TENV motor (smaller models) and three-phase
TEFC motors in multiple voltages, the FPA-AC series is fit for
applications ranging from small hydraulic power units to the
most sophisticated test stands, machinery, and gearbox cooling
applications.
All standard sizes are available with an optional integrated
bypass function which protects the cooler from pressure
spikes associated with start-up and/or cold ambient, highviscocity
conditions.
STANDARD FEATURES
- Heat Exchanger - High efficiency, low clogging cooling
fin geometry
- Axial fan - High pressure die cast aluminum alloy hub with
poly (PAG) sparkless blades
- Motors - cCSAus globally certified motors (TEFC) -
IP 55 rated.
- Fan Shrouds - Heavy gauge steel aerodynamically designed
for optimum air flow and low noise.
- Heavy gauge steel mounting rails and leg assembly.
- Electrostatically applied polyester powder coat finish
- Sound tested.
Vacuum Brazed Cooling Cores available with integrated pressure bypass
Our vacuum brazing process allows the use of higher
strength materials that result in a ruggedly bonded unitary
core, assuring trouble-free operation even under the most
challenging operating conditions.
