Type 500 Heat Exchangers This line of pre-engineered compact heat exchangers is available in fixed tubesheet and removable bundle designs, the latter with either straight tube or U-tube arrangements. Type 500-ES Heat Exchangers As an extension to the industry workhorse Type 500, the 500-ES offers an extended surface on the shell side to provide a higher heat transfer rate per volumetric space, effectively offering an answer to applications requiring high heat transfer in a more compact size.
